# Create an organization

[***Organizations***](/habit-story-1/features/software-experience/organizations.md) are a powerful tool for managing and organizing all respondents that belong to a specific organization. By creating [**Projects**](/habit-story-1/features/software-experience/projects.md) within each ***Organization***, you can quickly navigate and invite ***Organization*** members without concern of them accessing others' data. 

1\. Click on **"*****Organizations*****."**  If there are no ***Organizations*** under your Habit Story environment yet, you'll need to create one.

2. Click on "***Create Organization."***

3. Type the name of the ***Organization*** you'd like to create.

4. Click on "***Create Organization***" to create an ***Organization***.

Once an ***Organization*** is created, you can generate a Project link.

In summary, you can create an ***Organization*** for each of your organizations so that you can easily manage both organization administrators and respondents relative to that organization's environment.
