# Accessing respondent reports

Within Habit Story, you will have access to multiple respondent reports includnig both the Coach's report and the Respondent's report. They can be accessed in 3 locations, and in this guide, we'll walk you through each one of them.

### Dashboard

1\. Click on "***Download Report***" next to the appropriate ***Respondent's*** name to download the ***Respondent*** report.

If the report has NOT be previously generated, the button will say "**Generate Report**," and it will take 30 seconds to generate the PDF report.  Upon completion, the button will say "**Download Report**."

2\. To download the ***Coach's report***, select the view more button on the appropriate respondent to reveal the **Respondent** modal.

3\. Click on "***Actions***" to reveal a dropdown.

4\. Click on "**Coach's Report**" to download the **Coach's report**

1\. To navigate to the ***Project's Page***, select "**Projects."**

2\. Click on the desired ***Project***.

3\. Click on "***Download Report***" next to the appropriate ***Respondent's*** name to download the ***Respondent*** report.

### Respondents

1\. To navigate to the ***Respondents***, select "***Respondents***."

2\. Just like each of the other download workflows, you can select download or the view more to download the desired reports.

In summary, there are 3 pages that you can download the reports. If the reports are not generated, you will select "***Generate Reports***," and they will take about 30 seconds to generate.
