Application

FAQs surrounding the application of the Habit Story assessment.

What's the purpose of a psychometric assessment, specifically Habit Story?

Habit Story measures an individual’s habits and the impact of their habits on overall emotional health. In the context of business, this helps your organization and leadership understand how your behavioral style is likely to play out. This promotes a healthy relationship, environment, and team dynamic for both the organization and the individual.

How are these assessments used in a business setting?

Within a business, these assessments may be used to tailor the learning and development of an employee, or they may be used during the hiring process to fill an open position.

Are there any legal restrictions when using this in business (i.e. Hiring)?

For good reason, the EEOC have regulations which prohibit disparate treatment and impact based on race, color, religion, sex or national origin. These laws and regulations aim to ensure that every individual is treated with equal opportunity. We ensure that our assessment tools meet these standards by constantly monitoring our assessments and their impact on each of the groups protected by the EEOC.

How do you use this data?

This data is shared with you, the person that invited you, and the organization that you either work for or are considering working for. Two Story will analyze your de-identified data in order to better understand how scores translate to specific behaviors displayed in the workplace and improve the actionability for business leaders.

How do we communicate the results of the assessment?

Each respondent is given a digital report that represents their unique psychometric profile, and we recommend referring to the insights generated within this report. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns about the content of this report, please contact us as info@twostory.com
