Psychometric assessments

At Two Story, we believe that the key to predicting employee performance is to take a comprehensive, multi-science approach. We use a range of different techniques and assessments like the DISC, Habit Story, and others in an effort to holistically capture pieces of an individual's psychometric makeup that can be used to predict job success.

The assessments are carefully designed, rigorously tested. We work hard to ensure that our assessments are transparent and easy to understand, so that clients feel confident in the results.
