# Granting view access to Respondents

### Description: 

By following the steps outlined in this guide, you will be able to efficiently and effectively manage the respondent access process. Let's get started! By granting the respondent access, they will have access to their digital report. This access can be revoked at any time.

#### 1. Go to Projects | All

#### 2. Click on the desired *Project*

#### 3. Click on edit

#### 4. Click on Allow respondent to view results to grant them access

*Note: If this is selected, you can deselect to remove view access.*
